Located in a quiet part of Sunset Beach. Just 1.9 miles to the beach. This first floor unit is in the Sea Trail Community overlooking the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course. A restaurant and bar is right across the street with live entertainment at House's Bar and Grill; The pools are easy to get to. This unit is a 1BD/1Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included. This is a one bedroom condo lockout unit. Located on the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course. Parking is free and in front of the condo. There is plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with lots of places to walk and great pools. The beach is just 1.9 miles away and a quick drive or bike ride for the more adventurous. There is a pool in the parking lot. This is not the neighborhood pool but a private club pool. You can pay to access this pool but I suggest a short drive or 7 minute walk to the Maples Activity Center pool. See the guide book in the unit for maps.

Great location - next to golf, beach, restaurants, and more. We love calabash and it’s only 10 min away! We also love to golf and it’s right on the course. A nice suite for a quick weekend trip!
This was our first AirB&B. Was a great experience.
Great condo on ground floor with screened in patio overlooking the golf course for coffee or cocktails. Well equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Good sized bedroom with comfortable king size bed. Host responds immediately. Actually got to meet the host when he was checking on the properties and he offered a lot of good information. Would definitely rent from James again!!
