This first floor unit is in the Sea Trail Community overlooking the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course. A restaurant and bar is right across the street with live entertainment at House's Bar and Grill; The pools are easy to get to. This unit is a 1BD/1Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa.
The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included.

Parking is free and in front of the condo. There is plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with lots of places to walk and great pools. The beach is just 1.9 miles away and a quick drive or bike ride for the more adventurous.
There is a pool in the parking lot. This is not the neighborhood pool but a private club pool. You can pay to access this pool but I suggest a short drive or 7 minute walk to the Maples Activity Center pool. See the guide book in the unit for maps.

James was a wonderful host! He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The Airbnb was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great, nestled in a beautiful golf course community with a pool and several restaurants, making everything so convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!
