It is a newly renovated condo and kept very clean. A great place for a couples week to the beach. We are just under 2 miles to the beach. Parking is allowed on the streets in Sunset Beach.

We had an excellent time at James’s place! So comfy and clean. James was an excellent host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautifully decorated and easily accessible to Sunset Beach, nearby shops and restaurants
Stayed here for one night with my girlfriend and dog. Beautiful place, super clean, and close to everything. We had a small issue (completely out of his control) and James was there to assist within 5 minutes. Couldn’t have been more helpful! Great communication and super nice people. Would definitely stay here again and plan to do so before the end of the summer.
